City of Gallup, New Mexico

Galup combines Native culture, cowboy heritage, and Route 66 to create a destination unique – even to New Mexico. Combine this with the beautiful scenery and there is no shortage of visitor oppotunities.


When you combine Gallup’s proximity to the Navajo Nation, Zuni Pueblo, El Morro National Monument, El Malpais National Monument, Canyon de Chelly and more with its own outstanding product, Gallup is perfectly positioned as a home base for group travel.

New to the group travel industry, Gallup needed a profile sheet to use at top group travel marketplaces such as the American Bus Association’s Marketplace, National Tour Association’s Travel Exhange, and other leading industry events.

Gallup has matured as a destination and needs to establish its own identity with regional and national travel and lifestyle media. We were enlisted to help them build a national strategy to help Gallup become top of mind for visitors wanting an authentic New Mexico experience that is uncontrived and not overvisited.

Destination Photography

Visitors driving into Gallup are overcome with a feeling of familiarity. It’s probably because the beautiful arid landscapes were inspiration for Radiator Springs, the small town in Pixar’s Cars. Beyond the iconic red rocks and desert landscapes, Gallup is a visual destination.
